You knew this would happen before you bought it. It's not a secret. "shit thing turns out to be shit" is not exactly news.

Because software companies sell you a product or a service, however they refuse to even entertain the possibility of a refund if they don't deliver what was advertised.

The fact the servers weren't working when they said they'd have enough and extra capacity on release day.
And the fact they've now removed at least three "advertised on the box" features to stop their servers crashing all the time means they should give people the option for their money back.
But because it's a software company and they make everyone click that they've read a 50 page document before they can use it then they get away with it.
