As technically it's the same crime and he pleaded guilty and she didn't, and the judge didn't buy the marital coercion bollocks. So I would have thought she should have got longer.
I'm not going to lose the tiniest bit of sleep over it, mind.

It's not a mitigating factor. If he believes it was the case she should have been found not guilty. As far as I am aware.
