oh, Facebook.Rather proud of my Awesome 10 year old- yesterday school told all the kids they could go in not in uniform if they donate 50p to Comic Relief. D's response?
'I'm not going to give my money to an organisation like Comic Relief because its not changing anything. Giving aid to Africa is great but its not making the leaders do anything to solve the problems and help their people. They should be doing that, but they wont so I'm going to wear my school uniform tomorrow'.
Kids got the whole foreign aid problem sussed!

That is pretty awesome, and I completely agree. I reckon we should give terms with the charity they get.Two things though
