I was having a similar discussion about mobile phones
and how they are an essential part of our daily life now.
Remember before mobiles when you made arrangements to meet someone. You just had to be there. And wait around like a dick for an hour in the hope the other person would turn up.

And before we felt the need to share every little bit of our lives with the whole world!

And when films would take 5 years to be on tv,and wouldn't even be on video for a year!
