A poem
Aimed at First Buses in Leeds after we nearly had an accident this morning on a roundabout when we had right of way. The driver was a bit rude:

As we were on our morning drive
A bus appeared before our eyes
In the spot that we'd intended
The driver, middle finger extended
We narrowly avoided a shunt
We hope you'll chastise this useless fool.

All my strongly worded letters of complaint are going to be in the form of verse from now on!

@Clendrix
I love to start those with

"Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin"

I love writing sarky letters!

Last time I wrote to First Great Western, I began it with, 'Hello, and welcome to this month's letter of complaint.'

Awesomeness
I like how you got the point across without using profanities when what was intended is so clear :)
