No you couldn'tAnd anyway, the problem won't be rectified by a collapse in the housing market, becuase London and the South East will remain utterly unaffected, and it's London and the South East that are the problem.
When people say "house prices are overinflated" they mean "house prices in the South East of England are overinflated"
