I didn't think it was a joke about murdering black people.Yes, there is the occasional 'edgy' or 'ironic' racist joke on here.
I'm pretty sure that none of the protagonists are actually racist - in my experience anyone posting genuinely racist views are rounded upon and treated with the contempt they deserve.
CDCs are rarely considered funny on here, this is the board of bitter misanthropy.
