training the new menu in to another site we've got. The manager there was so disorganised it was painful. Proper running about like a loon trying to get it all done. But got to give the chefs credit, they were excellent, food was spot on. The team were lovely too, asked some questions, got involved. Really enjoyed it if not a bit bonkers.
