As long as they can dart the material out from the side-seams of the jacket
it's an easy job. Slimming the cut of trousers isn't so easy (the easy trick is just to slim the waistband but it doesn't look as good) but it can still be done well by a decent tailor

waist band is a perfect fit already
It's a fairly standard colour I reckon so i may be able to get new trousers separately.
