Formally put me at risk of redundancy when other people doing the same job on different contracts were slot ins.Then I pointed it out and they backed down quickly. Didn't publish my role in any of the official documentation for the consultation. got told repeatedly I wasn't going to be made redundant and that they couldn't look into my case until the letter arrived.
