I personally waste hours of my employer's time.
It's a bit shameful, but I'm pretty good when I am working, so swings and roundabouts...

If you do your job, get good appraisals, feedback etc. and can still find time to piss about here then there's no harm.

Sometimes if I'm nights I'll read TWTD or IGN, but only if it's VERY quiet, the patient I'm responsible for is stable and I never log in.
