I have to inform the DVLA about three fits I had 20 years ago for which I took a two year course of medication and have been trouble free ever since.
I was informed that this will result in a questionairre being sent out, once I return it they will interrogate my doctor. Obviously this will further delay my application.

I will have to do this each and every time I renew my licence.

I had three fits twenty years ago. I'm surprised it's still considered relevant and, what's more, will continue to be a hoop I'll have to jump through until the day I die.

It's the photocard that needs renewing, but you have to send both parts.

For God's sake check when you need to renew it. If you miss the date and it expires it's a complete nightmare to get it sorted out.
