@BertYou got it in one pretty much.
You know in life that sometimes you have to stop and take a deep breath before you carry on. It's also tied in with the panic attacks I used to get and slow breathing to calm down. Lost of reasons really.
I have a buddha on my back that Lois Malloy did. He does Beckhams tattooes, although I didn't know that at the time.
