'lo again, I was forced to go and do stuff.But I noticed something whilst out and about - in my building the lifts have a lovely ladyvoice which is all relaxing and nice, but over in the hospital they sound like a cross girlmong with a mouthful of bees. How is that going to help anyone feel better?
