Know what I'm starting to feel OK about it now.If I move further East I can rent a flat for what I'm paying now and with no debts be £300 a month better off AND have an unspecified lump sum.
I reackon I'll be much happier even with a longer commute.

I said in a previous thread that my sister had to sell up and rent,and she's far happier now than she was before. It could be a fresh new start. Hope it works out.
