Its a great headline and a nice idea
but like the mobile phone driving laws it will virtually never be enforced, as there aren't enough traffic police to do so. Yellow boxes on sticks and Highways Agency vans can't do it!

Be easier in the long run just to fit a device in every Audi and white van that delivers an electric shock if it decides to get too close to the vehicle in front.
