Couple of things here.
1.Your colleague would probably tell everyone she was happy with it, even if she wasn't, to avoid looking like a gullible prick with more money than sense.

2. (for the 3rd time) if yours isn't so bad, just fucking leave it alone. If the money is burning a hole in your pocket then give it to charity FFS.
