Yes.I'm not really sure what point you're making as the time saved when speeding over the entirety of a journey vs the traffic flow on a motorway arguments are not only independant of each other, but utterly unrelated.
Kind of straw-mannish, actually.

Middle laners are a far bigger problem than"they're stopping me from getting to my girlfriend's ten minutes earlier", as I've been trying to explain.
