Oh, it'll happen...Although I think at first it's like to be more of a neurally accessible library rather than downloaded knowledge. So, not so much instantly learning a new language, but having a phrasebook on tap. Course, we still need to understand the brain a little more first.
Just you wait and see. This'll be the first stage, then will come the implants, next thing you know we're all under remote control.

Incidentally, I've been watching the new Terminator TV series - "The Sarah Connor Chronicles". Wasn't too sure at first, but thought it was pretty good towards the end of the first series.
