I'm running / restructuring an ad agency for a couple of months. Nice and flexible so I can still see micro every day for a few hours. Longer term plans are afoot...

It's a percentage of head count cost, not number of heads, which is the most sensible way to do it as that way you can optimise how the business runs. (
