I am with RBSAnd last year when they fucked up and took DD's twice I didn't even notice as they got the money back in within a day or so and I don't normally bother to check my bank until a week after payday (once I have seen the money go in) I didn't know a thing about it until they sent me some M&S vouchers as an apology.
