PJMNah, it's PCS. I've never been in a union before now. I only joined beacuse of all this uncertainty around restructuring. but the pay negotiations always seem to follow the same bloody pattern. PCS have been trying to get rid of the non-consolodated performance bonus for the last three years, and the Agency always comes back with 'it's ringfenced and part of the overall deal'. I'd be interested to know how many staff actually get a share of this, and whereabouts in the structure they sit. 'Cause I'm willing to bet my left testicle that it's not anyone on less than £40k a year...
