cock and ballsit is in the right place....as in the floaty bit is down so the water can come out of the tube thingy. it seems like it wants to be filling up with water but its just making little sqeaking noises like there is some air in it.
and before you start, i'm not planning on sucking the ballcock to get the air (or anything else) out of it.
