As we have discussed. You (admittedly lifestyle dependent to an extent) have enough years yet to work your way in to somewhere you really like. I know what it's like, what with the divorce I'm starting again in a number of ways, including property. You're 40, not 60. Plenty of time. Although it does feel shit.
