I do have a conscience and one that is currently troubled.
AltAlt: taking my daughter back to my wife's is extremely difficult. Everyday. I can't see it getting any easier either.

it's awful right now, because it's new. as she gets older, she will be able to stay with you for longer, and will possibly even appreciate seeing you more than if you are there to annoy her all the time. and when she's older still, well, teenagers are fucking disgusting.

It is heartbreaking. I know that I am lucky compared to others as I see her everyday (that won't be possible forever), but she also hates me going & gets upset.
