I did ask at Wickes, the assistant looked blankly at me and said he would ask his supervisor. That was 3 hours ago, and still I have heard nothing.

Chain stores may not carry them as they're a bit specialist, may need to go to a proper local builders merchants. Should be in the "plumbing (new depths) department."
