I have separate sunglasses.Transitions aren't any good at all according to every single person I know that owns a pair.

They go dark very quicklyhowever they go light a lot more slowly, so if you go into a dark building on a sunny day it's well dark for a couple of minutes or so.
The only thing that I don't really like is that they don't work in the car as the glass blocks the UV rays that make them work.
