How long are you signed up for the extreme training plan?

Until the "burgundy" disappears, probably.

It's 24 seasons across 8 weeks
My dad has v generously offered to pay, which is amazingly kind, so I can afford a second set if I am happy with the results. After 16 weeks of it, I will then be good to carry on by myself, but might have a top up with the PT every 2-3 weeks just to keep motivated! That's the plan anyway....... We'll see...

24 seasons over eight weeks seems like a particularly cruel puppy farm.

Won't anybody think of the puppies?
