We seem to have let this situation get out of hand.
Now were all up in arms about it and it's spiraling out of control as these teenagers start having kids of their own. Something drastic needs to be done to turn it around. Some kids will be bad and do stuff to vent themselves of their teenage angst and that's ok but when they start using knives and beating up old people etc then we need to get heavy handed with them.

We let this get to this point and it now it's time to put aside the liberal ideas that we have lived by, roll our sleeves up and sort it out.
