no, i am saying the trends point in a sad and worrying directioni deal with closures of these shops every day; i see how many people lose jobs and how many landlords lose properties over it. it's a crying shame.

It's nothing of the sort.Adapt or die. That bloody chocolate shop isn't shutting down, it's still operating online. It will continue to do business online even if his other six shops close. It's not a shame, it's progress.
