I've half-written two stories, both for my kid.The first one is about a girl who becomes captain of a pirate ship but I go so caught up trying to create a backstory giving a moral justification for a life of piracy that it all got a bit convoluted.
The other is more like a traditional European fairytale involving a hidden world behind a waterfall, a swordsmith and some other shit.
