a mate of mine's dad got busted for downloading child porn.When the house got raided, all the hard drives in the house got confiscated, and my mate's computer was found to have drug paraphernalia in it (he used to stash the class As he deals in his PC, the coppers found some Ziploc bags with residue in them). Got nicked for that, got charged. Due to a mixture of police incompetence and plausible deniability the coppers dropped the charges at the 11th hour.
True story.
