Watching an ugly person trip over always cheers me.
Particularly if it's me that's tripped them over.

Alt: Enjoying "The Returned" - a sort of poncy French are-they-zombies thing. It's done well, and is really creepy, and has lesbians.

I've seen ads for it at the gym, looks pretty good.
I think a new series has just started.

Yes - we've got the final part of the first one to watch tonight.
I hope it isn't in the same school as Lost - we only managed one episode of that, and then I found out it went to several series and that they were just making it up as they went along, so we binned it.

But the first series of The Returned has been great. Not enough lesbian action, mind, but that's the politically-correct handwringers at the BBC for you. Or whoever shows it.

Yeah but if you're going to offer a premise that essentially promises to resolve the conundrum you've offered
I expect you to have worked it out already. Otherwise it's nothing more than a poncy shaggy-dog story.

Lost was awful.
I liked the other HBO stuff, Sopranos, and Six Foot Under. Rome was good too.

Boardwalk Empire too - that were ace.

Rome actually was.

Mance Rayder played Julius Caesar in that y'know
It was a shame that only lasted two seasons, I heard it was just too expensive to keep running.
