Have done heaps of mountain trekking. Mostly in Austria (which is my favourite place for mountain-holidays), but also in a few other European countries too. But despite this, I'm out of practice and would get tired pretty easily if I were to go now.

But if you've just spent a whole day trekking, you're warm enough to appreciate the cool-ness.
