Seems she only looks when Chompy points out to her that somebody's being mean about her
which he doesn't like because seeing what people post about her upsets her and he wants to protect her from it, or something.

I don't know, the rationale isn't totally clear to me.

i don't believe for one split second that she bothers to read it
but even if i'm wrong, i don't believe that she can't see through it, ie people having a poke at psycho, and nothing to do with her. because he certainly is quick to have a poke at everyone else.
