they are good.
obv not as good as making your own from scratch, but sometimes life's too fucking short, they make a good stop-gap!

I wouldn't know where to begin making my own. If you know of any other quick and easy healthy stuff lemme know.

v easy
chop some vegetables (or buy them ready chopped)
stick a tiny bit of oil in a wok (or water if you're being really healthy)
stir the vegetables around the wok for about 5 mins, leaving them crunchy
add the noodles or pre-cooked rice
stir in a low-fat, low-sugar sauce (i tend to use canned, chopped tomatoes and jalapenos)
