It was one of four pub and restaurant chains I ran for Whitbread last year.
Plus, a few years ago I was marketing director for Pizza Hut, so I know the sector.

Ridiculous business. I had a team of 30, a marketing budget of about £28million.

As Premier Inns go, it's probably the nicest one I've used. It's still clean.
