Maintain a professional stance on the phone and berate them when they have gone.If you are nothing but nice back it pisses them of more. These people feed off the rise.
Alt. I make a lot of sexist remarks, I don't mean them though. Actually make a lot of homophobic remarks too. I do mean some of them though! Haha!
