Nah', I work in an industry where different culture/reiligion/whatever is a good thing.... the internet is quite international, and different cultures mean different sollutions.
I can see why they'd want to do that in an industry where they just want you to do stuff with no real input as to how it's done, like stacking shelves or balancing books or [does anyone have Rory's job here? It would help me out; basketball player?].... but that's not for me.
