Sounds like a good trickI generally actually heal pretty quickly though, so I'm generally ok.
Many of my joints seem to hate me these days though.
edits - it's a Gary Fisher Marlin. Wonders of the internets.
edits 2 - upon more internetage, it's the 2006 model, v-brakes, and custom front forks, new cranks, new back gear sprockets, new seat I think, and getting a new bottom bracket just now.
