Seems like a bit of a waste of leave that.
would it not have been better to take a whole week off, rather than doing a 4 day week.

Friday is just being used as my get everything done for the week day.
Washing/housework/bills/food shopping etc. Nothing exciting.

Nah, just makes things easier and gives me a bit more time to myself on the weekend to see people.
