so all you'd have would be the victim's evidence that they thought they had been drugged? or is that biochemically bollocks?

GHB has a short half-life in urine
it shows up in hair for about 12 weeks though. As do most drugs.

This is an immensely difficult area to get into a discussion about. Because bad shit does happen, and I'm not casting doubt on that. But the widepread use of drink spiking with these "magic" memory loss drugs? Not sure. All the evidence says no.

theoretically - very theoretically - an extremely high dose benzodiazepine-type drug might give you that. Might.
