What with the addition of carrots, I'm assuming we're talking about Cornish pastiesbut I haven't seen any with cream and jam in. Is this some wonderful new recipe from Ginsters, the makers of the only genuine pastie?

2013 is the year I finally managed to find a 'tin miners pie'That's a Cornish pastie with apple pie in one end.
I've wanted one since I saw it on Blue Peter as a child.
