Nopealt: I haggled a bit on my flat, not on the agent's commission though which I recently learned I probably should have done.
Speaking of, Monty's flat reveal prompted me to have a zoopla at my area and apparently the flat above mine - same layout, some sloping ceilings, extra flight of stairs to get to - is up for about £40k more than I paid for mine. Which is nice.
