Pigsy, Sandy (and Monkey himself)...are going to be the BBC's mascots/theme for the olympic coverage this year. Kind of iron really, given that it was a Japanese series (admitedly based on a Chinese story), and the antipathy between the countries. It's using the versions done by Jamie Hewlett for the Monkey opera thingy.
