i'm 90% better thank youi didn't realise how woolly and shit i felt yesterday until i woke up this morning feeling fine. but my knees are fuuuuuuuucked - totally swollen. not complaining at all though; if my knees hadn't hit the pavement and taken the worst of it before my face/head hit the road, it would have been much much worse!
