The best aspect (apart from saving the estimated £500+ it costs the taxpayer every time someone hospitalises themselves with alcohol)
would be that normal people who have the misfortune to require a trip to A&E on a Friday or Saturday night would be spared the waking nightmare that such a visit currently entails. Christ alive it's terrifying.

Had to take micro to St Mary's A&E when she was about 4 months old.
I've never seen so many dregs of society in one place, bearing in mind I've ran homeless shelters that is quite a statement.
