Each room has a phone but they are all Cisco VOIP phonesThey plug the computer in to the back of the phone.

I think you have over complicated thingsgive them all a box room with a mattress on the floor, a chair in the corner and a bin. Give them one power socket and a phone line. They can sort the rest.
