I think your all being a little harsh with Molly and Ally.*slaps wrists*
I've googled Molly and she looks fine for her age. Ally just needs to put a few pounds on and it will fill out her face a little.
Edit - I think the problem with Hollywood actresses is their need to stay very thin which as you get older can age you considerably. It always wise to stay a little chubbier when your 40+, well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
