I am intriguedas to why people are so horrified by the idea of pictures of their bits being in general circulation. Unless yours is spectacularly distinctive and widely publicised, what are the chances of someone recognising it? If you're particularly worried you could try changing the, um, hairstyle or adding a false nose.
As far as I know there are no images of the wookieewang knocking about, but I wouldn't be that fussed if there were.
